Right hand to Chief Operational Performance Officer H/F

Missions

In the context of a global reorganization, we are creating a new Group Operational Excellence Department, with the overall objective to drive top- and bottom-line store performance by continuously improving in-store execution leveraging internal and external expertise and innovation, support openings or distressed operations to foster profitable expansion.


This new department will include four teams:

• Store solutions

• Local Supply Chain, Loss Prevention and Transversal Projects management

• Operational quality

• Indirect purchasing

 
Chief Operational Performance Officer is also Chief Operating Officer Europe, supervising 4 countries.

 


MAIN MISSIONS

Right hand will support Chief Operational Performance Officer in a variety of missions related to Operational Performance Department, with a strong exposition to Top management and to all countries and businesses operated:

  • Ensure PMO of Group transformation program: track progress and gains in coordination with all streams’ leaders and countries, define gains tracking methodology and guidelines for countries; manage reporting to top management and shareholder
  • Support Chief Operational Performance Officer in tasks and projects transversal to the Operational Performance Department and coordination of the teams
  • Support Operational Performance teams on ad hoc needs: project management (potentially on all topics covered by the department: development of new store solutions, support to countries for openings, quality management, Supply Chain, Indirect Purchasing processes / tools development…), specific analysis, internal communication which is a key aspect of the department (management of contents and guidelines Library, Group events, newsletters…)

Profil

PROFILE

You have a Master in Management or Engineering and ideally you have :

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience,
  • An experience in the following fields : Strategy, Project management, Consulting, Finance / Transaction services,
  • Financial / quantitative analysis acumen.

Ideally based in Levallois-Perret (Paris area), other European location could be discussed.

 
You have a good command of project management (organisation, coordination, prioritization, etc.) and Microsoft Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint). You have analytical skills et you are fluent in English and French (spoken and written).

 
You have a taste for challenging environments and missions and are recognised for your flexibility, curiosity and versatility.

You have a strong ability to get things done while meeting deadlines, structured and organized, and good anticipation, organization and priority management skills.

You are autonomous, able to make decisions and deal with the unexpected.

You also have synthesis skills (oral and written) and good communication and interpersonal skills.
